Back arthritis cure

July 28th, 2008 | by admin |

It is rather amusing that both my grand parents suffered from the same ailments. When my grand mom fell and developed back ache, my grand father could not wait long. He followed suit by falling from the ladder. Within a short time he developed back arthritis. Complaining about his pain he told me what the doctor had told him about the disease. This can result after a fall or occur naturally with age. The cartilage of the bones gradually break up because the fluid in the cartilage increases, reducing the protein in it. The constant use of the bones reduces the cushion effect created by cartilages. Thus a stiffness is created causing pain.
