Employable Dental Assistant
March 26th, 2009 | by admin |I have seen a number of assistants come and go in our office. I have worked for the same dentist now for over 7 years and I have grown into an Expanded Function Dental Assistant position. I am no longer just expected to work on the patients, I am looked to for so much more. Where I think the assistants in the office had trouble is thinking that they were only required to do one job. This office runs more like a team and everyone is expected to fill in should the team member need help in their function from time to time.
