Following Up Treatment For Spine Stenosis

August 12th, 2008 | by admin |

My back had been bad for years. I would have extreme lower back pain with shooting pains down my legs. If I rested and took over the counter anti inflammatory medications I would see an improvement in a few weeks. This would happen a few times a year and then the symptoms would go away. The doctor was able to finally diagnose me as having congenital cervical spinal stenosis of the lumbar region. He said that I had pressure that would build up and cause the nerves in my lower back to spasm and cause shooting pains down my legs. Now that I have a diagnosis I can follow up with proper treatments.
