The good healthy skin would result by eating more of fresh fruits and vegetables and avoiding deep-fries. Always try to have steamed vegetables and lots of carrot. Fresh fruit juices are preferable instead of the preserved ones. Make efforts to add more of olive or sesame oil in your diet. And also many skin disorders results as a result of lack of vitamins and iron. So make them your supplementary diet. Last but not the least, drink a minimum of 6 to 8 ounces of pure water, which regulated the blood circulation and opens up the skin pores resulting in healthy skin.
