In fact, this disease can affect many areas in the body that are outside the digestive system. Some doctors will remove the large intestine as an effective cure of this disease which can include the manifestations outside the digestive system. This removal can suggest that the disease comes from the colon itself and not from the immune system or some other parts of the body.
