Dealing with a Chronic Headache

If you have occasional headaches, you already realize that they can change your life to a large degree. For those of us that are dealing with a Cronic Headache, however, it can change our lives for the long term. Most people go to the doctor in order to get pain medication that will help them to overcome the headache that they are dealing with. Unfortunately, this is like putting a Band-Aid on a severe cut whenever more treatment is actually necessary. Covering over the headache is simply covering over a symptom, not getting to the root of the problem.
