Where can I learn more about Traumatic Brain Injury?

A friend of mine really fell and his his head hard the other day, but he insists that he is just fine. He says he just has a headache. I am wondering if he shouldn’t go into the doctor to make sure that he is okay. Where can I find out more about Traumatic Brain Injury? I am worried that he might have injured his brain or gotten a concussion. What are the signs of this type of injury? How do you know whether or not to go to the doctor when you get a head injury? I want to know in case something like this happens again.
