As a beginner, please give me some tips or info on meditation. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.

I suppose if you’re able to get so into your zone that you block everything and everyone around you.

To mediate, find a quiet place, sit comortably upright with your back straight, take a few deep breaths, relax all your muscles, clear your mind.
Meditation can take many forms but music and dancing are not meditation. In meditation the brain goes int a very quiet state.
You can mediate on a mantran a spot of light, on nothing, on something, but stillness is the goal.
