meditation
me asked:

Both of them turn you relaxed. Meditating on something is like the hypnosis commandant.

So what is the difference between self-hypnosis and meditation?

you probably won’t believe this but one has 12 letters and the other has 10…. Sorry but hypnosis has been marketed under over 800 names and that is in English alone… the only difference is very slight methods for entering the trance state.
This was not known until the first electro encephlo graphs were developed. they both produced identical brain waves.
      next question!
