Triglyceride Levels in Children

December 20th, 2007 | by admin |

A plump child is not a healthy child, as traditional mentality faultily assumes. Children who risk obesity should be warned against it, instead of being push into eating as much as possible in order to ‘accumulate energy’ and have ‘healthy red cheeks’. Too much sweets and fries lead to high triglyceride levels, along with a heightened risk of developing type 2 diabetes. To ensure your child’s health, keep him/her on a healthy diet to lower triglycerides, low in carbohydrates, fats or oils. Persuade your teenager to do a great deal of exercise and avoid junk food. A walk a day keeps triglycerides away.
