Can’t Anything Besides The Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe Itself Be Eaten?
June 5th, 2008 | by admin |Yes! Along with your cabbage soup diet recipe, you can add particularly chosen other foods for the seven days you are on this diet. Of course, you can have any amount of water and the soup that you desire or need. With some particular recipes (found on the internet) you can add certain fruits the first day, certain vegetables the second day and a combination on the third day. The fourth day, you can add skim milk and bananas. On the fifth day, you can actually eat 20 oz of meat (chicken, beef, or fish)—I don’t know that anyone would want that much meat in one day. On the sixth day, eat vegetables and beef. And on the last day, you can have brown rice, vegetables, and fruit juice. Of course, the cabbage soup diet recipe itself must be eating at least once a day.
