Since stress causes a lot of belly fat to be deposited around the stomach, it’s important that you beat stress through out the day. If you are working in a really stressful environment, this is particularly important for you, because if you can’t beat stress, you can’t lose stomach fat either. Take short breaks to rejuvenate yourself during work. You might go for walks alone or with a colleague whom you can share your worries with. Take a deep breath, sit back, and relax at your desk. Put some objects in front of you that will rekindle fond memories, maybe a photograph or even little toys and teddy bears.
