Attempting to lose weight only in one area does not work, because the body is metabolizing carbohydrate sources for energy from various parts. When the overall composition of carbohydrate is depleted, the fats from the tummy area are then used as sources of energy. A light form of exercise daily will be of better use than irregular bouts of extreme physical training.
