How I Took Control Of My IBS

May 29th, 2009 | by admin |

I work as a criminal defense attorney, and I have to stand for long periods of time on my feet. I can’t just ask to be excused to use the bathroom, which is why I had to take control of my Irritable Bowel Syndrum. I would suffer from alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea, and there was no way to tell which one it would be or when it would hit. Within one week I noticed that I actually felt normal, and now take them every day to manage my condition.
