No Personal Trainer, No Motivation?

January 2nd, 2008 | by admin |

Was surfing the web this morning and found a site where the guy said that of the people that join a gym as a result of their New Year's resolution, almost all those who manage to continue to work out past February had one thing in common. That was the use of a personal trainer. Now, this guy may have been a little prejudiced, being that he happens to be a personal trainer, but since he's not taking any new clients, I guess we can more or take his statements at face value. I find it amazing, however, that people can't maintain a workout routine without paying someone to crack the whip. How did gyms stay in business before personal trainers became widely available?
