November 27th, 2007 | by admin |

To be quite frank, there is no definite rule on what is a Healthy Blood Pressure. It will vary depending on the person’s physiology. However, what we do know that it shouldn’t be too high, nor should it bee too low. Different countries have different standards and definitions for high blood pressure (hypertension) and low blood pressure (hypotension). Both conditions have several problems associated with them, but what is certain is the hypertension is statistically more dangerous than hypotension. One should have a comprehensive medical check up to ensure that you have healthy blood pressure for you body type and physiology.
