Will Anti Cortisol Pills Make Me Lose Belly Fat?

June 12th, 2008 | by admin |

While the release of cortisol leads to belly fat problems, anti-cortisol medication does not cause a person to lose weight. cortisol and belly fat are connected, but these pills haven’t proven as a weight loss product. Whenever you lower the production of cortisol in the adrenal glands, this may prevent you from gaining more body fat. But the fat that is there already will not go away because there is less cortisol being released. You are going to have to exercise to work off that excessive body fat in the tummy, chest, abdomen, or whatever area. So the cortisol and belly fat connection cannot be eliminated with a pill. Exercise the fat off.
